Privacy Policy
This site is operated by Universal Payment Corporation (“Universal”). Your privacy on the Internet is very important to us. We respect your privacy and want to ensure that any personally identifiable information you have submitted to us remains secure and confidential. Because we gather certain types of information about our users, you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. What Information We Collect
Universal gathers the following information about users: Children
Our Site is not intended for or designed to attract children under the age of 13. Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not knowingly request or collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without obtaining parental consent.

How We Gather User Information
We gather information from you in order to provide you with products and services you request. This information includes your name, address, payment, payment card and shipping information.
We also may use third party vendors and service providers and other third parties to assist us in providing products and services to you (collectively “Third Party Providers”). When you use our Site, these Third Party Providers may also receive your personal information.

Usage Tracking
Universal tracks user traffic patterns throughout our site. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. We do break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type and operating system by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).
We use tracking information to determine which areas of our site users prefer based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better Web site for you.
Our Third Party Providers who assist us with providing you with products or services on our Site may also collect usage data from you.
California’s Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), as amended, requires us to disclose how we respond to “do not track” requests, signals and other similar mechanisms. Currently, our policy is that we do not recognize “do not track” requests and signals from Internet browsers and similar devices. Universal is not in the business of tracking users for the purpose of building behavioral profiles of visitors to our site, and our use of your personal information is strictly limited to the uses described in this Privacy Policy. We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. We use cookies and similar technologies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). Our advertising system delivers a one-time cookie to better track ad impressions and click rates. The cookie itself does not contain personal information, although it will enable us to relate your use of our site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided to us. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. The cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.

Our Site and database may operate through the use of a third party hosting service, but any such Third Party Provider is similarly required to keep your information secure and confidential. Additionally, these Third Party Providers must maintain secure data networks and have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in place to ensure the security and confidentiality of any personal information transmitted via those networks.
You are responsible for protecting your personally identifiable information from disclosure to third parties while it is in your possession and during any transmission of such information to us. Protection/Preservation of Data
All customer data is periodically backed up electronically, and the backups are stored off-site in a secure location.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If a customer's personally identifiable information changes, or if a customer no longer desires our services, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that customer's personal data in our records. In most cases, this can be achieved through contact at privacy@Universal.com.

Your California Privacy Rights
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in connection with obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once every calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2021 will receive information regarding 2020 sharing activities).Universal operates secure data networks protected by industry-standard firewall and password protection systems. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

We currently do not give users opt-out options except to the extent required by applicable law.

In-House Mechanism to Address Complaints
In the event you believe Universal has failed to protect your privacy please immediately submit your concerns to our Privacy Compliance Officer at: privacy@Universal.com. Please provide details regarding your concerns and include full contact information so we can respond as quickly and completely as possible. If you are dissatisfied with the speed or scope of our response you can seek further in-house review by following the appeal procedures that will be provided to you. If, despite the appeal process, you are still dissatisfied, then you may proceed through the Independent Recourse Mechanism described below.

Notification of Changes
If we change our privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page so that our customers will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner substantially different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify affected customers. Any such affected customer will have a choice as to whether or not we may use their information in the proposed manner.
